Lawrence E. Russ, of counsel, was born in the Bronx, New York. Mr. Russ is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Russ was a registered patent agent prior to becoming an attorney and has been involved in various patent related matters since 1990. He has extensive experience in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications and in the preparation of patentability, noninfringement, state of the art and right to use opinions, as well as in litigation support. Mr. Russ's practice include patent related matters in the electrical, optical, and computer related arts, including semiconductor processing and device technology, communications, consumer electronics, software and Internet related systems, as well as in business methods. Mr. Russ also had extensive research and development experience at Bell Laboratories and at Bellcore in the fields of semiconductors and telephony.
